Original article: September 2, 2022 (7:40 AM ET): Huawei took to IFA 2022 – the ongoing tech festival in Berlin – to announce a range of new devices for international markets. The Chinese tech firm has suffered a major setback since the US sanctions. Once the powerhouse of smartphones globally, Huawei is now fighting for a piece of the pie in its home country as well. That said, tech makers are still inclined to launch new phones internationally, even if they don’t come with Google services.

Its latest set of devices is the Huawei Nova 10 series which includes the standard Nova 10 and Nova 10 Pro. The phones were launched in China in July but are now making their European debut in Berlin.

To stand out, Huawei has flipped the script on the two handsets. Both of them have a 60MP ultrawide camera on the front. Yes, you read that right. Get ready for a super selfie. The Pro model packs another 8MP selfie camera for portrait shots.
