Lava today announced “Service at Home”, a new program that will provide doorstep service to around 9,000 pin codes across India, for all its upcoming smartphones. Earlier, it was available only for Lava Blaze phones, but now it will be available for all future models.
Within the warranty time of the phone, it is available through the service Lava official websiteCall centre, Lava Care app and official WhatsApp number, which can also be scanned through the QR code printed on the box.
Within two hours of making a complaint, the service request must be addressed and resolved within 48 hours. Minor software and hardware issues will be resolved at home, while major issues will be collected, repaired and delivered to the customer at home.
Lava users can pick up their phones and have it delivered for free, and they can even get their screen fixed for free.

We now offer this service for all upcoming smartphones as an effort to do away with the idea of long queues at service centers and enhance the customer experience. Furthermore, the goal was to go beyond what has traditionally been offered to customers in terms of service. Experiencing a redefined customer service experience, users can relax at home while a Lava representative fixes their smartphone.
