The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Plus is the middle child of the revamped Galaxy Tab S series. Where the Galaxy Tab S8 has an 11-inch compact display and the Tab S8 Ultra has a 14.6-inch display, the Tab S8 Plus splits the difference with a 12.4-inch screen. The long-awaited Galaxy Tab S8 models have arrived, and all three include the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. There aren’t Exynos 2200 models, so you’ll get a Snapdragon wherever you live. That chip should give this version a healthy processing power boost over the outgoing pair. You’ll also notice the absence of a headphone jack at the base of the Galaxy Tab S8, but all three feature 45W charging via a USB-C 3.2 port and a bundled S Pen.

As far as capture and playback are concerned, a 13MP primary camera on the back, coupled with supporting 6MP ultrawide, is standard across the board. There are also four AKG-tuned speakers on each with Dolby Atmos support.

Samsung’s last-generation tablet, the Galaxy Tab S7 FE, doesn’t look great. It offers powerful productivity software, excellent battery life, and even impressive speakers – a far cry from what’s given on a tablet, and very handy for those box-set binges. The overall power and cameras aren’t everything they could be, but overall it’s an excellent device.

Up to 13 hours of battery life and AKG-tuned Dolby Atmos speakers help clarify the specifications, and the stylish color options definitely match your current gear.
